Allegiance Log & Timber Homes represents Classic Post & Beam in upstate New York. Classic Post & Beam is a respected New England family company that has been designing and manufacturing timber frame homes since 1980. Classic Post and Beam is located in central Maine in the same facility as Northeastern Log Homes.

One of the hallmarks of Post and Beam construction is the wide open spaces achievable within the home. This is evidenced in many of Classic’s standard floor plans. Many home buyers prefer working with our team to develop their own custom floor plans. Whether you modify one of our standard plans or desire a custom floor plan of your own, (any of our plans can be built as post and beam) the Classic engineering and drafting department will work with you and provide extraordinary flexibility.

There are three choices for wood species. On the East Coast, Classic is known for its exceptional eastern white pine. Clients can also choose red oak or Douglas fir, the most traditional timber-frame material. All wood is hand-selected for appearance and stability. Beams are cut to order to ensure a proper fit, then numbered and keyed to the individual plan.
